Tutti i soci sono pescatori della piccola pesca locale costiera, nell’area marina protetta di Bergeggi In 50 metri di spiaggia libera e gratuita Il Gagollo vi offre una cucina ittica e regionale, una barca da pesca per visitare l'area marina protetta o andare a pescare, uno staff di marinai, comandanti, motoristi e comunque tutti pescatori che dopo aver salpato le reti diventeranno cuochi, insegnanti di biologia marina, geologia ed arte marinaresca insieme a Voi.
